Coir Logo Mats

Coir logo mats are manufactured through a graphic inlay process. They are hand crafted by cutting out the logo and text from material dyed in your logo or design colours and setting them into mats of your chosen background shade.

The mat's PVC backing (meeting BS standard 4700:1972) is bonded, giving the logo mat a fully printed appearance. The hard wearing colour process we employ for all custom logo mats goes all the way through the bristle to the backing. It is not a superficial surface print.

To achieve this quality of construction, and maintain robustness, the logo and text must be 10cm from the edges of the mat. The minimum thickness for any part of the logo design is 10mm.

There are nine available colours in the coir logo mat range: Yellow, Red, Green, Rust, Chocolate, Black, Blue, Grey and Natural.

Please be advised that grey is not the most serviceable colour in high-traffic footfall areas.

Please also note that we usually advise customers to allow for the fact that matwells are rarely prefectly constructed and often asymmetrical; it is advisable to order with some excess on each side.
